  My Father Passed Away on December 7, 2016. My Siblings and I Spoke with Kenneth Yardley, Requesting 5 Death Certificates for the Children of the Deceased, after Several Telephone Conversations it was found that Mr. Yardley Had No Intentions of Obtaining The Additional Certificates. On Yesterday My Sister and I Received The Death Certificates that We Requested and Paid for through The County Clerk, Only To Find That Mr. Yardley In Cahoots With My Fathers Caregiver Sheila Lynch, Signed Off On The Death Certificate Naming Her Our Fathers SURVIVING SPOUSE!!!! The Problem Here Is That Kenneth Yardley Was Made Very Well Aware on Several Occasions bye Myself and Siblings that This Woman Was Never Married To Our Father. After Two Phone Calls And 6-7 Curse Words, I Was Told Bye Kenneth Yardley To FIX IT MYSELF!!!!! Not Only Is This Man Deceitful, But Also Very Unprofessional. How Dare You Misrepresent Our Fathers Marital Status, as Well as Sign Off On A Falsified Document. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT............ ITS ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL.
